We are excited to announce that we will now be offering a Mommy/Daddy and Me Yoga class every second Saturday of the month. The next class will be Saturday, June 9th. This class is for children age 2 to 5 and their caregivers. Mothers, Fathers, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles or Babysitters are all welcome! Kelley Law will be teaching and the cost is $12 per family per class. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Congratulations to Debbie McLester, our May raffle winner! Debbie has been practicing with us at APY for quite a while now. She is a committed Deep Stretch student, but lately she’s been expanding her practice to many different classes. She will receive unlimited free classes the entire month. Don’t forget to put your name in the raffle each time you come to class.

While classes are going on, both doors to the studio will be locked. The doors will be unlocked 15 minutes before class, so don’t go anywhere if you get there early!
