Deep Stretch Yoga (some experience recommended) – We will take our time to breathe deeply and find our deepest expression of each posture in this class. The use of props will help you find calmness and stillness in your body and your mind.
Fundamental Yoga (some experience recommended) – A set class that focuses on warm ups, lunges, twists, warriors, balance and core work. This class helps to enhance your practice with attention to proper alignment and breath.
Gentle Pilates (no experience needed) – This class is great for beginners or someone recovering from an injury. We take the fundamentals of Joseph Pilates’ exercises and modify them to fit all fitness levels.
Gentle Yin Yoga (no experience needed) – Gentle Yin Yoga will help your body find openings in the body through stillness. You will get open in the postures by holding them for an extended amount of time while supported by props and guided by hands-on adjustments. This is a great class to help you relax from your day and sleep well.
Gentle Yoga (no experience needed)- This combines gentle movements with breath. Perfect for beginners as well as people with specific limitations and those recovering from injury. More experienced students who enjoy a slower paced class also enjoy Gentle Yoga.
Happy Hour Yoga (no experience recommended) – This class is for those who would like to end their work week and start their weekend with a relaxing class that allows them time for gratitude for their lives. This is a basic, foundational yoga class with meditations/sutras on happiness.
Hot Yoga (experienced yogis)- The class will be heated from 85-100 degrees to help loosen the body more quickly and release toxins. This class is a little more challenging than our regular Yoga classes. Please bring water and a towel and we recommend drinking plenty of water before coming to class.
Kids Yoga – Ages 5-12. Children will experience a non-competitive way to stretch their imaginations through movement, games and breathing exercises.
Meditation Class (no experience needed)- Meditation helps to reduce stress and anxiety and helps us learn to relax. There are many links to the health benefits of meditation, as well. It also opens your mind up for more creativity and spontaneity and helps increase your concentration. You don’t need any prior experience to attend this class.

Slow Flow Yoga (some experience recommended) – This class connects the traditional yoga postures together in a slow sequence. It helps to open the body in a slower, but very effective way.
Power Vinyasa Yoga (experienced yogis)- Vinyasa is a style of yoga that flows while the movement and the breath are always connected. There are many Sun Salutations in this practice and the poses run together almost like a dance. It’s a beautiful practice that will leave you feeling calm and focused
Yin Yoga (some experience recommended)- Yin Yoga will help your body find openings in the body through stillness. You will get very deep in the postures by holding them for an extended amount of time while supported by props and guided by hands-on adjustments. This is a restorative practice.
Yoga / Pilates Fusion (some experience recommended) – A blend of the best of both techniques. The class will focus on the importance of core stability and strength as well as the importance of flexibility.
