Cindy Brewer Purser has been the heart and soul behind Albemarle Pilates and Yoga since March 2008. Her journey began with a passion for practices that deeply transformed her own life. A graduate of UNC-Charlotte with a Bachelor’s Degree in dance, Cindy’s path took a turn after a back injury, leading her to the world of holistic wellness, where she discovered both healing and purpose.
Today, Cindy inspires others to care for their bodies with kindness, fostering connections between body, mind, and life, while empowering clients with tools for vibrant health and well-being. Cindy’s commitment to holistic wellness shines through her extensive training and certifications.
