I’m an in-person and online yoga and Pilates teacher and yoga therapist living in a small town in North Carolina with my husband, who loves me even when I’m anxious, and encourages me to do the things that help me feel better. I’m a mother of two grown sons who have given me my strongest motivation to release anxiety so I can give them the best mother they could ever have. I love camping and practicing yoga in new places, especially outside. When I’m not teaching, walking, hiking, writing, or camping, I’m sitting at my table creating mindful art, always turning the key to let my free spirit out.
