Mindful Art

Art Meditation
Meditation with sound healing & tapping harnesses the power of sound to clear energy blockages and promote healing. Tapping (EFT) relieves stress and restores balance by tapping acupressure points.

Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga complements traditional yoga with a suspended hammock, enhancing flexibility, strength, and spinal decompression.

Shayla Lowry
Shayla is a 200-Hour RYT with four years of teaching experience. She’s passionate about movement and mindfulness as a path to presence and well-being. Through yoga, she found relief from anxiety and physical pain, discovering a sense of freedom and healing that she now shares with others.

Kelee Morris
Kelee is originally from Florida but moved to NC in 2023 with her partner. She found APY and fell in love with Pilates, knowing it was part of a career she wanted to pursue. She was trained in Barre and Mat Pilates with Cindy and Reformer Pilates with Balanced Body. She’s excited to be on the APY team!
